Catching up
There is a sense that catching up should be the primary intension, if it is clear a deficit exists. However it is important to respond at a pace that appreciates capacity and capability. It is too easy to act through willful ignorance with iatrogenic impact. Safe space at a safe pace, rooted in safe talk(communication) is the path of stability.

The challenge of violation
It is sad that there appears to be a dominant culture of violation. Challenging it is often met with a denial and half glassed reactions. Conflation of reality and intensity of reactivity fails to genuinely seek resonance. Vested interests often dominate and coerce. Casual attitudes to due diligence enable actions of disrespect.
