Willful ignorance and neglect create abusive cultures. Supportive cultures are not necessarily endemic in the instutional framework, leaving advocacy as a priceless resource, when discovered.
Common lines of understanding and wisidom are being withdrawn, as prices not worth paying. Silos of vested interest are constructed to undermine the established truths, with limited realities.
Guidance and support is becoming rare, in the unconsciously depressed institutions and structures. Deliberate false accounting and casual language conflate any healthy expressiion with Iatrogenic impact increasing. Quality contextual intelligence is valuable as is foundational regulation. Key legislation prompts parameters of care, quality, empowerment, safety and protection. Primary is the prevention of eroding needs, with leadership and partnership that is responsive and effective.
Seeking a path of resonance
I am prompted by an experience of suddenly being conscious again, after having slept, in a mindset that is hard to control. It is apparent that a combination of mental, emotional and physical dissonance has demanded the need to be conscious rather than unconscious. Forced from internal processing to external expression, reaction and response.
A gentle and safe effort towards a familiar rhythm is the intent, hoping that the edginess is not compounded by further events. Attempting to adjust expectations and re-calibrate, in real-time.
A loneliness rises at the realisation that others may not understand. Seeking for the form, ledge, stand of safety and security. Capturing the experience in words when able, appearing to reassure the physical that awareness is developing and consolidating. A wise dominance of the context, with the reassurance of the wisdom from others, when available.
A treadmill type rhythm of hope, on the edge of emotion and thought. Alert to minor moments, overwhelmed by expectation and demand. Recognising the value of a support network and regular synchronicity. The purpose of POSABLE and TCN. The challenge of the disenfranchised., with need for direction, purpose and mutuality.
