Parallel worlds

When a institutional community or structure presents a point of disengagement you can begin to exist in a parallel world, especially if no further contact is maintained. Existence in the wider community becomes difficult, as you as an individual are presented with the challenge of establishing a different expression of your participation. Without a support network this is even harder. The priority should be your own personal safety. Resolving iatrogenic impact and bereavement is integral to that safety.
